Every meal comes with a confidence score, usually 90% or higher. Tap a meal to see exactly how CalNote got there, ingredient by ingredient. You can adjust the grams in one tap if anything looks off.

Do I need to scan barcodes or search a database?

Nope. Just type what you ate the way you'd say it out loud, like "half big mac with small fries" or "two scrambled eggs and toast." CalNote handles the rest.

How does CalNote calculate my daily calorie target?

CalNote plugs your age, sex, height, weight, and activity level into the Mifflin-St Jeor formula to work out your BMR and TDEE, then adjusts for whether you want to cut, maintain, or bulk.
